I am an experienced therapist who enjoys working with beautiful and diverse individuals (like you). My training largely comes from this work and through other professionals, in volunteer work, and continued training and consultation. I wholeheartedly believe that the you are the expert on you-- even during confusing times when you question yourself, how you got here, or where you are going. Among many therapy techniques, I primarily use a therapy approach called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Please visit www.EMDRIA.org or EMDR.com to learn more. It can be challenging work, but also life-changing for you in resolving effects of adverse life events and shifting to more accurate and helpful ways of thinking about yourself.
