Groups
Men's Therapy Group
Men can learn from one-another if they have a similar experience. Unfortunately, there are moments when our life experiences are not so common, and sometimes men in our circle cannot relate to our struggles. So we are left to deal with these issues on our own. This group is designed to provide a safe, nurturing environment where professional men can: * Improve communication, relationships with family, children, and friends. * Learn to deepen their relationships as well as maintain a good work-life balance. * Work with other men on issues of anger, stress, depression, and addiction. Pre-group interview is necessary

Young men's Therapy Group
For many young men, graduating from high school or college marks a major transition in life. Young men are often unprepared for these life transitions because of fear and anxiety, which can lead to depression, anger, and addiction. Sometimes young men just need time to determine their future without pressure. There is a tremendous amount of pressure balancing academics, sports, music, art, and maintaining relationships with family and friends. At Waller Psychotherapy, LLC we give young men the time to discuss these issues in a therapeutic environment.Pre-group interview is necessary; Age 18-25
