My approach to therapy is to understand and create a strong therapeutic relationship that will support and strengthen my clients in every aspect of their life. I have experience working with children and families with complex concerns, in different areas of their lives. These concerns include trauma, depression, ADHD/ADD, martial/parent child relationship issues, grief/loss, substance use , and mood disorders as well as self harming behaviors.
I have many different therapeutic approaches that I utilize to help my clients heal from disruptions in their lives. Solution Focused therapy allows me to partner with my client and identify solutions that will work for them and provide the best outcomes.
Understanding a persons strengths will allow for a person to grow and identify and achieve goals and sustain them. My purpose is to help people find their strength and facilitate growth so they can change their situations.
