"Coming Home to Yourself" Women's+ Group
Experience the power of group therapy & connect with other women+ around topics like self-worth, anxiety, trauma, body image, relationship with food, boundaries, spirituality, & deepening a sense of hope and meaning in a troubled world. Both group sessions during each month will focus on a specific theme related to “coming home” to and deepening authentic relationship with self and others. While the group will have rolling enrollment when there is space, a minimum 3-month initial commitment (attending 6+ sessions) is required to allow the group experience/connections to deepen and flourish.

Body Image & Eating Disorders Group
Facilitated by Gaia Center's Masters-Level Intern Colleen Werner, this therapy group for body image/eating disorders/disordered eating is offered weekly on Tuesdays from 6:15-7:45pm. It’s open to folks anywhere in Tennessee during the time that the group is virtual (as of July 2021 we are keeping it virtual for the foreseeable future). No clinical eating disorder diagnosis is required to join the group; any level of challenge with food/body image is welcome. The group is grounded in a Health At Every Size (HAES), weight inclusive perspective. $25/session.
