Hello! My name is Victor Cabral, LSW (He/Him), and I have dedicated my career to supporting vulnerable and historically excluded populations. I am an Afro-Latinx bilingual (Spanish) licensed social worker and therapist trained in IFS Level 1, Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy. I chose to pursue a career as a therapist after spending several years working in community mental health in various capacities. I wanted to provide culturally responsive care to my community in Reading, PA.
My goal as a therapist is to co-create a safe space with my clients that addresses their needs and to show up in an authentic, compassionate, and responsive way that helps the client feel safe, cared for, and supported. In my work, I utilize evidence-based interventions from a variety of therapeutic approaches to offer clients unique and holistic approach.
