I have years of experience in working with both adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including case management, crisis residential programs and traditional individual outpatient settings.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) that has been proven beneficial for those diagnosed with BPD. I have trained in Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) which is a brief therapy that is goal directed. I also have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat depression, anxiety and PTSD.
