My approach to therapy is goal oriented and strategic. It is designed to resolve issues, teach skills, and accomplish the results desired by the client. The client is helped to define his/her own specific, achievable, and realistic goals. Working together, objective strategies for achieving and maintaining those goals are created, practiced and refined.
I have been a licensed psychologist in New Mexico for over 35 years. Before that, I was a professor of clinical psychology at two universities. I directed the clinical psychology program at one university and was chairman of the psychology department at the other. I truly love what I do and I am gratified by the success and enthusiasm shown by my clients.
