I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 20 years of therapeutic experience. My approach is an eclectic one which integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based, compassionate action-oriented work, and mindfulness practices.
