I enjoy helping young people identify and work through their feelings so they can better understand themselves and improve how they relate to others in their lives. Nothing brings me more joy than families that are connected. I am passionate about helping parents and their children better understand and relate to each other.
My specialty is helping young people recognize their strengths and empower them to improve their struggles. With a focus on trauma, I utilize EMDR to process and clear out past traumas. The teen/young adult years are difficult to navigate and I am passionate about connecting with young people and helping them become more confident in themselves.
