I work with young adults (people in their 20's), adolescents, and children. Together, we can discover new and healthy ways of moving through the world that work best for you! -> Monday, Thursday, & Friday, I work at Nashville Therapy Group at the Hillsboro location ->Tuesday and Wednesday I work at Shelby Phillips Counseing at the Franklin location
I work with a range of issues, including, but not limited to, self-image/exploration, self-worth, life stressors, phase-of-life transitions, identity formation, and relationships. Mindful Dressing: A Group for Adolescent Girls
This group is centered around Mindful Dressing, an exciting new practice that incorporates mindfulness and positivity into the participant’s daily routine. Open to adolescent girls (ages 13 to 17), this group will help members develop mindfulness skills and acceptance-based self-talk. The Art of Mindful Dressing will allow participants to strengthen their self-image and reduce their self-judgement, shifting the focus of their daily routines to acts of self-care rather than self-comparison.
