Hi There! Thank you for considering me as your counselor. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon and have more than eight years experience working in mental health. Facilitating growth and healing in others is my passion and drives my work as a counselor. I work from a multi-cultural, client-centered approach. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable space for clients to collaboratively explore themselves. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and a solution focused approach. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ and other underserved communities.
I have a wide history of experience working with children, teens, adults, and parents. I am confident that with my training and experience, we can find a pathway that works for you on your road to wellness. I specialize in treating anxiety, including trauma, as well as mood disorders and difficult life transitions. I enjoy working with kids and teens!
