Teen Support Group: Plant Your Roots
While every day life stressors are challenging enough, we believe that being a teen in these unique times has created fertile soil for normal daily stressors to grow larger and become a bit tougher to manage. In our Plant Your Roots Group, we will work together to nourish the seeds of connecting with others while learning skills such as coping methods, self-care, mindfulness, time management, acceptance, and relationship awareness that allow us to bloom even in the harshest weather.

Tween to Teen Group: The Group Chat
In a world that is constantly changing it is only natural that I change too, right? Life comes with difficulties, stressors, and challenges and we believe learning to build self-awareness and trust in ourselves is the shield that helps us navigate through. Our adolescent and tween group creates a safe space for those to come and learn about themselves by being with people different from them, as well as those who are similar. This group is based on topics generated by today's youth and for today's youth that will be filled with support and skills, guided by a therapeutic approach.

True to You: Teen LGBTQ+ Group
Who am I and what does that even mean? Identity exploration and conviction is a cornerstone for teen growth and development. Our teen LGBTQIA+ group creates a space to support safety and freedom in being who YOU are, wherever you’re at in your journey of self. Alongside a young and relatable group facilitator with familiarity in LGBTQIA+ themes, group members will explore relationships, gain a better understanding of self through community, take opportunities to vent in a contained space, and process issues that hit home for teens who are just planting their first seeds or teens who are firmly rooted in the LGBTQIA+ community.
