Who We Are
We treat adolescent and young adult males ages 15-24, suffering with substance use disorder, co-occuring disorders, complex developmental trauma, PTSD, and more. While we are a primary substance use facility, we focus on root causes; treating the individual and meeting them where they're at, with a large emphasis on the family system. Our treatment model is client-centered, focusing on developing tools for individuals to grow and maintain their own mental health, sobriety and emotional wellbeing. Our community environment enables our young adult population to develop both personal accountability skills and the leadership skills necessary to be accountable to others and also provide support for their fellows. At each phase, clinical services include group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, medical supervision, case management, and academic support services. Our Clinical Approach
Resilience Recovery values a relational and individualized approach. Our clinical staff incorporates therapeutic modalities that are congruent with evidenced based approaches. In addition, Resilience prioritizes the importance of education and training among our staff to best serve the population as the clinical field continues to evolve. We believe that development of internal resources and self-awareness are vital for individuals and families to heal and implement skills to maintain emotional health and sobriety. Our clinical team is therapeutically rooted in the Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM), while also integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodrama, Mindfulness and Experiential based approaches. What We Do
We take the utmost pride in guiding individuals towards a life filled with meaning, purpose, and self-worth. We believe that conquering addiction is directly correlated to a psychological change and that change requires action. Along with a 12-step philosophy, our program implements an accountability model in a community-based structure, where individuals support one another and hold each other accountable for their actions. We place a large emphasis on developing both life skills and healthy coping mechanisms in order to build a foundation which will support these young men through the rest of their lives. We know that recovery is a lifelong journey, which requires resilience, willingness, and accountability – and we aim to give our clients the tools to navigate a healthy sober life.
