Sunstone Therapies is the Washington metropolitan area’s only center for psychedelic-assisted therapy research and treatment. We offer clinical studies with experienced therapists utilizing diverse molecules including LSD, MDMA, Methylone, psilocybin, and 5-MeO- DMT. Conditions treated are major depression disorder, treatment resistant depression, depression in people with cancer, postpartum depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, demoralization and end of life, and others. In addition to our patient-centric services, Sunstone also offers training opportunities for therapists interested in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Typical clinical studies are free to most participants. While we are located in Rockville, MD, we welcome patients from across the country.
Sunstone has 8 active trials focused on adjustment disorder, cancer and major depression, major depressive disorder, postpartum depression and treatment-resistant depression. We will also soon be opening a palliative care study of psilocybin therapy for demoralized adults near the end of life.
