I am a Registered Counsellor and Psychometrist for 21 years. I work with diversity of clients in dealing with their problems in a safe and nurturing environment. I apply variety of psychological therapies such as SFBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, BWRT, Play therapy, Imago therapy, CBT and others in helping clients to deal with stress, depression, anxiety, behavioral and marital problems, bereavement, trauma, depression, divorce, adjustment problems, esteem issues, relationship issues, marriage coaching and others. As the Psychometrist, I offer psychological assessments on emotional behavioral, career guidance and learning difficulties.
I have more than 20 years in providing counselling to variety of clients. I specialise in trauma, bereavement, anxiety management, depression, chronic condition counselling, family and marital counselling, pre-marital counselling, marriage coaching, employee wellness, stress and anger management, substance dependency and any other problems experienced.
