Why Counselling? Human beings are sensitive creatures. We are all going through challenges and tough times in life. I am offering online counselling as well as in-person session at affordable rates in recognition of the fact that so many people are being hit hard financially. My work focuses on targeting depression, trauma, loss & grief, stress, anxiety, emotional control and personal growth. I believe that people have the inner strength and ability to heal themselves.
