I love working with people who feel different. Specifically, with regards to gender, sex & sexuality, relationship structures and parenting with awareness & intention. In Sex Therapy we think about your sexual and intimate life. If sex (solo or partnered) is not what you had hoped it would be, counselling can be a helpful process to get a better understanding of how the body-mind connection works when it comes to the different elements of sex. I am committed to unpacking harmful narratives & misinformation, while creating a safe space for you to do the work.
Whether we are unpacking your different roles and/or identities, or understanding a sexual difficulty, we will be working together. We collaborate to get a better understanding of yourself, and your reactions depending on the specific dynamics at play. Looking at how you impact your world, and what impacts you in different situations.
Mental health professionals are like hairdressers, you’ve got to find one who gets you, who makes you feel heard & seen. I aim to provide an affirming space where your differences are acknowledged. Where you can feel safe to be yourself. While keeping in mind the systems that can lead to fear and judgement. Please message rather than calling me.
