Without a sense of purpose and meaning, life can feel chaotic, directionless and lack a clear sense of fulfillment . I focus on questions of purpose and meaning and of identity and selfhood, I cover all mans search for meaning, in all traditions as well as existentialism and philosophy in my worldview and talk therapy. I acknowledge that the human is more than just mind and body, but is seen as "homo-religiosus", we are creatures that seek answers and purpose that transcend life and death, and that our worldviews can then sometimes be very liberating and helpful or act as a glass ceiling limiting our view of ourselves.
In narrative therapy, you the client are the expert in your own life. Every persons life has its own story, context, circumstances and themes, as a therapist my purpose is to collaborate with you, helping you to find meaning ,purpose and clarity, and contextualize your situation. Together we explore skillful helpful ways to move forward and problem solve.
