Clients need therapeutic ways to cope with their challenges and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their pattern of behavior. The clients goals is to develop coping skills for overwhelming emotions, increase self-esteem and reducing negative self-talk. The ideal clients want to live a more fulfilling and balanced life and they are willing to put in the effort to make it happen.
