Counselling is a tool that creates success. I believe people should experience it at least once in their life.
I am a Registered Counsellor registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. The services provided range from short- term individual, family and career counselling to psychoeducation workshops and debriefings. I focus on providing a non-judgmental and safe environment for patients who are taking the first step towards healing.
We are taught that being strong is carrying and solving our problems by ourselves. Especially in silence. All in the name of "What would others say" if we have to get help. This condemns us to a life of carrying burdens until we are overwhelmed and struggle to cope. Be the first to break the stigma. Remember “Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces".
