My lifelong passion has been working with adults and children in need, driven by a desire to make a difference from a very young age. I quickly learned what it meant to listen without judgement and to build up self confidence and guide where needed to. I see counselling as a collaborative journey, ensuring people never feel alone. At some point in life we all experience some kind of trauma, relationship difficulties, self-doubt and difficulty with coping. Why is Counselling Beneficial? Counselling is beneficial because it provides a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Through counselling, you are provided with tools to enhance your relationships, and achieve personal growth, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life. My aim is to assist individuals within their unique perspective, guiding them toward ultimate well-being and optimal functioning. I specialise in trauma, self-esteem and loss.
