I think my specialty is helping people through trauma. I have dealt with my own share of trauma and I know how paralyzing it can be. I am to help you both process your trauma cognitively but also release the trauma that builds up in our nervous systems which can definitely have an impact on our functioning and even physical health
One can be quite nervous before going to your first therapy session but I promise to provide a safe environment with no judgement whatsoever. I know it's tough to talk about some things but the wonder of the MLNP technique is that you can still process all your furstrations and trauma, etc. Without sharing with me if you don't feel comfortable sharing yet.
