I am a clinical psychologist with experience in treating clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges and teenagers battling with disruptive behavioural problems. I am also an executive coach with a PhD in Consulting Psychology which has further equipped me to assist clients work-related problems including diversity management. I am also interested in working with clients who are on a spiritual path and seek guidance. I have been trained in angel healing and training by the Diana Cooper School of Angels.
The client's presenting problem influences the techniques I adopt, which range from cognitive behavioural, narrative, systems psychodynamics, and EMDR to hypnotherapy.
