I believe that each person is an incredibly unique and complex being. I do my utmost to fully understand who you are. Whether you have a specific goal for therapy, or whether you are sitting with a vague sense that something in your life is just not right, I want to help you understand it. I believe that people's experiences of relationships play a role in how they view themselves and others. I therefore prioritize creating a safe space to explore your concerns.
I offer individual therapy for adults and teenagers, as well as play therapy with younger children. The range of my work is broad, from coping with trauma or life adjustments, to long term psychotherapy for complex issues. I am nondirective in my approach.
My main focus is on creating a warm and safe relationship that encourages self exploration, whether you are an adult, a teenager, or a young child. I want to understand my clients fully and communicate that understanding honestly and safely, whether you are feeling immense pain, or are going through a tricky adjustment.
