I have been a Trauma Counsellor for the past 14 years. During these years I have come across a whole spectrum of humanity’s struggle to find meaning in their suffering, from reinventing life after losing a loved one, or going through divorce, or couples attempting to save a marriage, to teenagers navigating stormy seas in their attempt to manage every day life. I believe in the ability of people to not only survive trauma, but also - by finding a way to cope during times of difficulty and understand the way these events affect us. When trauma crosses our paths we need to discover new ways of living a fullfilling and rewarding life.
I follow a person centered approach, where the client takes the lead, and I follow every step of the way, so that together we unlock the potential hidden in every person to become the best in their relationships and their goals in life. I provide a safe space within the sphere of healing where alternative narratives are explored.
