I work from an integrated framework, tying together the need for solutions, the desire to flourish and our natural ability to overcome. I believe that counselling may guide a person towards increased awareness of their challenge, and more insight ino their personal strengths and resources.

In our process together we will work towards understanding your environment and making informed decisions towards your goals. My approach is grounded by person-centered, DBT, polyvagal and ACT frameworks. Some of my focal points include identity, chronic illness, coping, relationships and adjustment.

I am driven by the belief that a trusting relationship can facilitate lasting change for a person; the counselling relationship is central to the process with me.
