Psychotherapy offer an individual the opportunity to collaborate with a therapist to overcome any obstacles that are hindering their progress or growth. The process of therapy addresses emotional, relational, cognitive and occupational concerns. I collaborate with the client and personalise an approach most beneficial to the client. To me psychotherapy is a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in which to explore and better understand yourself, your relationships, and the challenges or difficulties that you face.
I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, adults and older adults (65 years and older). My other services include couples therapy/marriage counselling, trauma counselling and family therapy. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Gestalt therapy, Family therapy, Play therapy and REBT.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Life offers a lot of different paths, you can choose your path. Psychotherapy is a space in which to access your own wisdom, while being supported in figuring out what you want to do. As your therapist I will help you learn and apply the tools necessary to grow with life's ups and downs.
