I offer individual, family & couple therapy. Working with your individual needs, using various concepts, theories, and solution-based therapy. I believe that ultimately lasting positive changes happen with good teamwork between the client and the therapist. We will find your peace, and help better understand yourself and those who surround you.
I know that seeking psychological help is not an easy task. I offer short, medium, and long-term therapy, and confidential service either face-to-face or online. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, anger, or worry I know that you have a good reason to feel that way. My experience is with young adults, adults, and older people.
