My journey as a psychologist has taught me that emotional instability is inevitable. Psychotherapy becomes a process of emotional cleanse also known as catharsis. As a psychologists, I provide a safe space for clients experiencing what Viktor Frankl refer to as an emotional death where my clients can take off the mask and be themselves without judgement . I have expirience in working with diverse clients i.e., clients from different age groups, gender, ethinic groups, and from different religious belifs. Working with diverse clients has made me understand that context defines meaning.
When it comes to choosing the best treatment modality, I choose a modality that best suits the clients needs rather than choosing a modality that resonates with me better. I am trained in various modalities such as the psychodynamnic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, family systems, and narrative therapy.
