Within therapy, I predominately work from behaviour-centred modalities, such as CBT, REBT, and DBT. However, I do have training in a variety of different therapeutic techniques, allowing me to tailor therapy to your individual needs.
I provide a comfortable, non-judgmental and caring environment where we can begin to explore and work through the challenges you face. Therapy can be seen as embarking on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth and transformation. I would love to be a part of that journey with you!
