I am a Counsellor and a Mental health training facilitator. On a daily basis i work with individuals who are in need of counseling, mentorship and/or debriefing because they have gone through a traumatic event, are worried about their mental health or are looking at ways to manage day-to-day life stressors. I am also happy to say that some of my clients come to me with the idea of combating mental health related illnesses by creating a culture of going to therapy. I also do corporate talks and workshops where i help manage mental health in the workplace and formulate productive work environments.
I provide counseling and Mental health training and education for the following: Depression, Anxiety, Post Toxic relationship counseling, Relationship counseling, Dealing with the after effects of Abuse Self-development Ventilation space, Burn-out, family therapy and stress. Corporate workshops and group de-briefing.
I believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to be heard and understood in the most congruent and compassionate manner. My practice offers just that and the opportunity to reflect on troubling issues in a way that will allow you to see things in a better and brighter light that allows healing and progress.
