Whether it is through individual/play/couple or family therapy, I help people to work through such issues in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
To me, therapy is a collaborative treatment approach aiming to help people gain a better understanding of themselves and difficulties in their lives, and helping them to develop healthier coping skills, changing self-destructive behaviours, resolving painful feelings and improving relationships. I aim to help people live happier, more fulfilling lives.
