Developmental trauma and systemic trauma can have a significant impact on our functioning as adults. I specialise in childhood and attachment trauma, as well as systemic trauma relating to race, gender and organisations. I support my clients - mostly leaders and organisational practitioners - to deepen their capacity to integrate and heal from these difficult life experiences, to embody their emotions, and to restore connection with their innate wisdom, creativity and joy. Growth through the therapeutic process offers possibilities for deeper meaning and effectiveness.
I work with expressive arts, and somatic and systemic approaches, all underpinned by Eastern and Jungian psychology orientations. Story, imagery, psychodrama, archetypes, art-making, family constellations - these are some of the doorways through which we might explore your experiences, healing and aspirations.
I spent over 25 years in organisational leadership and social justice. Many of these included recovering from my own complex trauma. I get what it takes to function effectively whilst walking the path of personal healing. Our world needs healthy leaders and organisations; I offer a restorative, safe space with deep understanding of the journey.

Restorying Wholeness© is a group process through which we access the medicine of myth, fairytales and creative expression to deepen meaning and resourcefulness. Rooted in restoring our connection with Self, we draw on our innate wisdom, strengthen our relationship with Life's wisdom, and come into our own belonging and creativity. In addition to story, we might engage with art, embodiment, psychodrama and other expressive arts forms.
