If you purchase products or services through Quark, then we may collect payment information from you. We will protect all of your financial information and we will never distribute or publicize your financial information except to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.

For customers that purchase online with a credit card, we only use your payment information in order to fulfil, track, and manage your subscription. We use a third-party payment processor to process payments made to us. When you purchase a subscription through one of our payment processors, we do not retain any financial information such as credit card numbers, we receive only partial information about your card on our servers. Rather, all such information is provided directly by you, to one of our third-party processors, Braintree or PayPal, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed via the link in our Service Providers We Use section.

Publicly Displayed Information Is Public

If you use a Quark forum, bulletin board or chat room on a Quark website, you should be aware that any information you share is visible to other users.
