The low-budget, artsy feel is cool. Unfortunately, for me, the follower itself wasn’t consistent, logical, or scary enough to be horrifying or anything close. I found myself checking the time to see when they’d be wrapping it up.

Through an extremely simple premise with no backstory as to what or what it is supposed to be, the movie manages to keep your anxiety at its peak through every single second of its running time. That being with a subtlety that truly stands out in the era of jumpscare-dominated horror films.
