Audience Member This movie is underrated. It’s well made and adults can enjoy it. References to retro arcade games and attention to detail made me smile. The brilliance of this film is the easter eggs and cameos of other video game characters that make this movie very rewatchable. Beyond that there is a great story with some interesting characters that were made specifically for this film. The animation is terrific and the attention to detail, like making an old 8-bit character move like one all the time, is astounding. Props to John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Jane Lynch, Jack McBrayer and Alan Tudyk for their voice work. It also helps that they were perfectly cast for these characters. A highly recommended and entertaining film, especially if you are a gamer! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/07/24 Full Review Read all reviews
