George B Unbelievable. Stupid. I only lasted two episodes. I haven’t played fallout this kind of makes me wanna play it now. I loved all the characters and at first I didn’t really get into it. It took me a while but once it got into that finale it really brings everything together in such a brilliant way that it makes me want even more, so I feel like in the end it was a win, for video game adaptations and just a really solid show in general. I definitely say it’s on the boys level 👍👍👍. the things I didn’t like is mostly stuff I feel like they’ll add more to in season two so I can’t really say it’s a complaint, but there’s occasional times where an episode won’t focus on a couple characters and then it feels a little odd going back to them in a episode later, it’s not really bad. I just kind of feels weird, not seeing the character for a bit, and then you have to get back on the flow of it all since there is so much plot lines going at once. Either way fallout is definitely a win for me even if it’s a little rocky for you at first, I’d recommend sticking around because it definitely gets better. Grade B+ Rated 3.5/5 Stars •  Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 08/17/24 Full Review Audience Member They did good with some of the graphics and things like that but the story is messed up same with the timeline, they’re too desperate to take a bunch of different pieces of the different games and shove it into one season and it didn’t fit or sit well. Understandable that they couldn’t make it the same as the games but it’s not impressive. The work they did on the ghouls was terrible that’s probably the only flaw in the the makeup and stuff at least that bothered me enough to notice. It’s worth a watch if you know nothing about the games but if you’re a fan of the games it’s probably a disappointment. The show perfectly captures the gritty, post-apocalyptic world with intense storytelling, fascinating characters, and impeccable visuals. The blend of dark humor, action, and suspense keeps you hooked in every episode. Without a doubt, it’s one of the greatest shows I’ve watched. A solid 5 stars! Rated 5/5 Stars •  Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/15/24 Full Review Peter W This first season was a great start to a fallout series, they really captured the essence of the game and knew not to take itself too seriously, which is what the games were great at. Charecters were interesting and had very good archs and they left me excited for season 2. I personally am very happy that a game adaptation has done this well due to how hard it is to succeed with them but they have done it well.
