Where is the action in this season? It's all meeting except for one good mid-season episode. Geez! They might as well have had them doing their taxes. Total waste of a season! Felt like a bunch of filler that went nowhere.

Underwhelming. They hyped up the beginning of the war in all the promos and yet it seems like the only person who wants to be there is Aemond. Everyone else is either bumbling around, hallucinating, or selling out their family to the enemy. The pacing leaves much to be desired. We spend a lot of the runtime repeating convos or establishing traits that have already been established (e.g., the Harrenhal arc is meant to display that Daemon doesn't want the crown. We knew this from S1 but waste the majority of Daemon's S2 screentime on this). Alicent & Rhaenyra seek peace so vehemently that they begin to look stupid. The writers A + R fanfiction is getting in the way of good writing and the actual plot.
