A young chef from the fine dining world comes home to Chicago to run his family sandwich shop after a heartbreaking death in his family. A world away from what he's used to, Carmy must balance the soul-crushing realities of small business ownership, his strong-willed and recalcitrant kitchen staff and his strained familial relationships, all while grappling with the impact of his brother's suicide. As Carmy fights to transform both the shop and himself, he works alongside a rough-around-the-edges kitchen crew that ultimately reveals itself as his chosen family.

Loved it! I am sure that "The Bear - Season 3", will lose some fans. It does kind of "go off the rails". But it did not lose this fan! I liked it just as much as the first 2 seasons, and the 'off-the-rails' stuff was great. I love its refreshing, creative way of telling a very engaging story. When I watch this, I feel like I am seeing something that is so much more creative than the usual stuff out there. So cool that they are basically just showing normal life, but with an added microscope of analysis that is riveting and pulls you into a roller coaster of emotions. Three cheers for The Bear Season 3. Hip hip hooray!!

I couldn't even finish season 3. The most overrated show I've ever watched. If you liked that Adam Sandler movie called Uncut Gems where everyone is constantly yelling and talking over each other then you'll love this show. Also, no real likeable characters. The two main characters Sydney and Carmen are miserable and annoying. Skip this show and go watch your favorite cooking show while arguing with friends and family.

Felt like I was having a tooth pulled. Painful, but need to finish. Lots of nothing. Lazy writing, long scenes where nothing happens. A waste of incredible talent. I was so invested in these complicated characters. Hoping that Season 4 goes back to having a plot.

Sadly, i force myself through this 3rd season. Very slow and seems to be lacking a direction or goal from the get go. First two seasons were some of the best TV I have watched in a long time, but sadly this 3rd season is no where close to the quality of the first two.
