Samsung has just released an almost 4-minute-long Official Introduction Film on One UI 3. As you all know, One UI 3 is not entirely new but the Galaxy S21 series' arrival has marked the release of One UI version 3.1, so the company is now highlighting some of the best One UI 3 features in a new video that inevitably doubles as an ad for the Galaxy S21 and other Galaxy devices running Android 11.

Samsung's top priorities with One UI 3 were comfort and efficiently, leading to refinements, new UI elements, and richer animations, the latter of which accentuate the new 120Hz high refresh rate displays even further.

One UI 3 brings about a ton of visual changes, from a new lock screen to redesigned apps, and with its latest introduction video Samsung is making it a lot easier for customers and people who have never experienced One UI to get a sense of what its proprietary skin for Android 11 is all about.

Which Galaxy devices have access to Android 11 and One UI 3?

There are obviously not many Galaxy devices that ship with Android 11 out of the box but the list of phones and tablets that were released running older versions and got updated to Android 11 / One UI 3 keeps getting longer.

Samsung has already released One UI 3 for older flagships like the Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy Note 10 series, and it even brought the update to more budget-oriented phones including the Galaxy M21 and the Galaxy M31.

Is your phone running One UI 3 yet? How would you describe your experience with One UI 3 so far, and what do you think Samsung's next priority for developing One UI should be?

The One UI 7.0 beta update might be coming later than everyone had hoped, but this could mean we'll enjoy a more polished test firmware than usual. Either way, Samsung isn't sitting around not doing anything, and new evidence shows that the company is hard at work developing the firmware. A new One UI 7.0 […]

Every year, Google adds new privacy and security features to Android smartphones and tablets. It has started rolling out a new feature that is meant to reduce phone theft by locking a phone that has been snatched. This makes the phone unusable for the snatcher and increases the user's data privacy and security if it […]

Every new Galaxy phone user should know about this routine

Samsung was among the first OEMs to implement the Always On Display (AOD) feature on its smartphones, and to this day, AOD remains a staple of the Galaxy phone experience. With the Galaxy S24 series, AOD became even more prominent because it can now work full-screen and show a faint wallpaper when you're not using […]

One UI 7.0 will feel completely different even in early beta

Samsung might be taking its time launching the One UI 7.0 beta program, but it could be for the better. By all accounts, One UI 7 isn't just another incremental upgrade but almost like a reimagining of Samsung's proprietary skin for Android. The company better get it right, even if it comes at a time […]

How cool would a Galaxy AI dual-phone Interpreter mode be?

Interpreter is one of the best Galaxy AI features for Samsung phone users who often travel to countries where they encounter language barriers. Granted, it is a niche feature, but it is one that some Galaxy phone users find extremely useful. If you're unfamiliar with this tool, Interpreter leverages AI to allow Galaxy device owners […]
