Samsung has released the Galaxy Note 9 Android 10 update to the general public, two days after beta users received the stable Android 10 build. The rollout has started in Germany and should expand to other markets in the next couple of weeks.

It has been a long wait for Galaxy Note 9 owners, particularly those who didn't get into the beta program. Fortunately, it's only going to be a matter of time now before Samsung makes the Android 10 update available to the Galaxy Note 9 across the globe.

Galaxy Note 9 Android 10 update now rolling out for everyone

Samsung is now rolling out firmware version N960FXXU4DSLB for the Galaxy Note 9. Germany is the first market to get the stable Android 10 release. The firmware is currently rolling out over-the-air and is also available for download from our firmware section.

The company has been fairly quick in bringing Android 10 to its top-tier devices this year. So it's only going to be a couple of weeks at most before all Galaxy Note 9 owners get a taste of Android 10 on their devices. Just a little more patience is required from them at this point in time.

The Android 10 update for the Galaxy Note 9 brings all of the features that are part and parcel of One UI 2.0. You can check out our detailed One UI 2.0 feature focus series to find out everything that's new in this firmware update.

Once the update goes live in your region, you can download it over the air by going into the Software update menu in the phone's Settings app and selecting Download and install. You can also update your phone by flashing the Android 10 firmware that you can download from our firmware archive.
