Schwab clients who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who have speech disabilities, can contact us via T-Mobile's relay service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We'll also gladly accept calls from other relay services.


Accessible statement alternatives

Upon request, Schwab can arrange for Braille, audio, or large-print versions of our brokerage and bank account statements. To request this free service, call 800-435-4000 to speak to a Client Service Specialist (or for TTY).


American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter services

Upon request, Schwab can arrange for sign language interpreter services. If you wish to request an ASL interpreter, please contact a Client Service Specialist or your local branch to schedule an appointment with an interpreter.


Physically accessible locations
