Google: HTTP2 Doesn't Provide Big Advantage For GoogleBot

We still don't know if HTTP2 support has been officially here for GoogleBot but we think GoogleBot works fine with it now. We also know that Google said there is no direct HTTP2 ranking benefit.

But is there an advantage? It is faster.

John Mueller of Google said on Twitter that HTTP2 doesn't give GoogleBot "a big advantage." He said Google and sites work fine with HTTP2, but there is not only no SEO advantage, there is not indexing or crawling advantage he added.
