Grammie’s Brownies
Serves 6

Ingredients
1 cup Crisco (vegetable shortening)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 ½ cup flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
Method:
- Pre heat oven to Bake 350 degrees. Melt the shortening and add the cocoa.
- Whisk in the eggs.
- Mix all the remaining dry ingredients together and add to the cocoa mixture and vanilla. Mix again until well combined.
- Bake in a greased pan at 350 for approximately 30-40 minutes.

Speed Oven
- Prepare using Auto cook on the SKS speed oven. Set to Auto Cook, select the Brownie setting. 8”x 8” and follow instructions on the interface.
Transitional Wall Oven- Camera/Auto Cook
- Prepare using the camera recognition feature. Select the Brownie from Auto Cook and follow instructions on the ovens interface.
