Glasgow International Airport is the second busiest in Scotland, handing the air travel of almost nine million passengers each year. It’s based in the town of Paisley, just under fifteen miles west of the city centre. The airport can be easily reached from the M8 between junctions 18-15, the A737 or the A726.
There is another airport alternative not too far from the city centre; Glasgow Prestwick Airport.
