Colin and Joe once were homeless but now work for Social Bite. Josh Littlejohn, co-founder of Social Bite Josh and girlfriend Alice Thompson founded Social Bite in Edinburgh – a growing chain of sandwich shops which are run as a social business. 100% of the profits go to good causes, and a quarter of their staff are formerly homeless people.
