    What is your proudest achievement since the 2001 general election?
    Getting my Private Members' Bill - the Employee Share Schemes Act 2002 through Parliament. It dealt with a fairly technical area, but it was good to see that your efforts as a back-bench MP could actually result in legislation being made.
