Uschi Schreiber, global markets leader & global government and public sector leader at EY, spoke on how, despite nearly 40 years of legislation, there are still relatively few women in senior leadership roles: "Despite those very long term policies, we are still seeing quite a significant gap". She suggested that more and better quota systems could be the key for achieving change, as the evidence "very clearly shows that quotas do in fact lead to more fast-track change", and substantiated recent arguments put forward by MEP Silvana Koch-Merin.
