Men at work: the power of paternity leave

Seven fathers explain why they have decided to stay at home. We wanted to explore the relationships that develop between father and child and the personal benefits men get from the time spent caring for their children. This is not about patting men on the back but rather encouraging a culture change so that other men feel comfortable taking time off work to care for their children
