Babar Ahmad

November 2016

  • Babar Ahmad is a British citizen and a Muslim of Pakistani descent, who was released after spending 11 years in prison in the US and Britain. From prison he fought a public 8-year legal battle, seeking to be tried in Britain. The British Crown Prosecution Service concluded that their was “insufficent evidence to prosecute” him. In July 2015 , Ahmad was released from prison and returned to the UK. Babar Ahmad is photographed in Tooting in south west london, England.
